Every year the MJSSA organizes an inter diocese/zone Balakalotsavam on the second Saturday of November at Puthencruz. This event gives our youth to participate and exhibit their talents in the various cultural events. The winners are presented with trophies and certificates. It is the biggest arts festival for students in the Jacobite church. Along with this there is an inter diocese Quiz competition for teachers; the event is conducted for the Chev. Peter. K. Pulayathu memorial Trophy.
